The sales personnel at the shop in Holstenstraße 167, Hamburg, were very helpful. Not sure though why they charged a two-month fee right from the beginning of the rent (plus an additional 15,00) if the minimum duration of the contract is one month, and I rented the bike on the monthly basis?!
