This is a very bright example of how a shop should be run. I have ordered a respectful list-value of items from another website (decath). After one week of no delivery, I had to call them to see what's happening: the mast is still not here and we cannot guarantee when it will be sent to you. Like most businesses in Germany, YOU as a customer have to spend your personal time in order to get the job done, regardless that you have already paid for this service. I ordered yesterday the same items from this website, within 2 hours I had a tracking number and today my goods are to be delivered. Take home message: You as a customer always have the option and let the market decide who is surviving and who is thriving! - No compromise !
