Total scam. Paid for 15 minutes and got 10 which meant 7EUR down the drain. And then the incompetent staff had the gall to claim it was my own fault. Never again.
Good equipment, wide variety, pretty good service. Excellent advice and customer service from Nuray today. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful - she helped me make sure I tan without overdoing it! They offer plenty of options of strength, starting from 500 -1100 from 8-10 euro/20 min. It’s quite clean and very spacious, parking is usually available somewhere close by. The staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes impartial. Some of them are knowledgeable... seems to be a hit or miss, but as far as getting a tan is concerned this is the place.
Been a regular customer for over a year, but I am absolutely done with this place because of its terrible staff. Hope they all get fired.
Good prices (flat rate 8 - 9 euro for up to 20 minutes), good machines with a wide variety, close to no waiting if you come at the right time, decently clean. Staff is friendly but pretty disinterested in the customers, and asking (most of) them for advice is pretty useless. Most are clueless about skin types, and their recommendations have shocked me sometimes as they were wildly unhealthy... to the extent that if I did what they suggested I’d look like and feel like an old leather bag. Other times I was told even 5 minutes in a 500w machine would burn me... (I usually do 600 for 20 minutes). So come equipped with your own info!
