I left the room in February 2020 and after 9 months the deposit has still not been returned. Be careful because they do not respond to emails or if you contact them by whatsapp you do not receive a response either or they play dumb. They didn't give me back my deposit after more than 4 moths. Even thought I left my room in a better condition than I flund it. 800 of deposit, they don't even answer my emails anymore. Ich war vom 01.09.2017-28.02.2018 dort. Alles sehr sauber, ruhige aber dennoch sehr zentrale Lage, Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise tadellos geklappt.
Super tolle Lage und gute Angebote für Studenten.

Diese Tobias ist ein grosser lugner. Er hat mit meiner Zeit gespielt. Ich empfehle ihn nicht
Warte seit einem halben Jahr auf meine Kaution, nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
