I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years now and I have been consistently very satisfied with the service. I use a lot of alternative therapies which they - more often than not - have in stock. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and competent. I was there last Saturday, the day before Easter and firstly, they had two homeopathic products in stock (very rare) that I desperately needed and would have had to order elsewhere. Secondly, the customer service was perfect: on the phone and in the pharmacy. I was so impressed and grateful that I wanted to thank Frau Saper for her excellent customer service online too. Thank you!
