Great beach best time to go is on a hot sunny day and the water is very shallow till a long distance so very kids friendly and safe location for small kids and non swimmers.

Normal beach. Water doesn't really go much above the waist in the swimming area so would be great for smaller kids.

A really nice place in berlin, where you have a real beach and different accessories like toilet and small shops attached. Ok it's not a see it is still a lake but for some water and sun that's perfect!

Public beach, free. Very nice and pretty big lake, close to a forest. There is both sand and grass to lay down on. Also nearby places where you can buy ice cream and drinks. Only negative is the toilets which where dirty, no toilet paper and no locks on the doors. You also need to swim about 150 - 200 meters out until it gets deep.
