My property is managed by them. The tenants noticed some repair needed but Strabag have not been helpful at all. It has been a month and still no repair done. Now the tenant is threatening to stop paying the rent and take legal action.

Strabag in Berlin is undoubtedly the worst Property Service company I've ever dealed with! They easily lie and hide the truth when they want to sell you something! what they advertised in immobilienscout24.de was showing only the nice aspects of the Property and in the visiting appointment even when I asked about cleanness, area and the apartment facilities they didn't tell the truth and lied to my face! I'm talking about an expensive, medium size flat in a medium area of Berlin which its contract is MINIMUM two years! and instead Strabag delivers 0 level of customer service and customer respect! this is very frustrating and disappointing!

I don't understand how people can give this agency 5 stars. Literally the worst customer service I have ever ever dealt with. They will lie to your face. Totally unprofessional. They fail to respond to the emails, phone Calls. Even in German. For every problem I had to go to the office, even then, nothing can be done. Only solution is to go through the lawyer.

Es ist nicht möglich, einmal eine Antwort auf wichtige Mails zu bekommen bzw. Sie telefonisch zu erreichen. Wir hatten ende August eine Havarie und warten bis heute noch auf eine neue Küche! Wenn man die Dame mal telefonisch erreicht hat, kamen nur antworten wie \wir kümmern uns\. Aber es passiert nichts! Dann hieß es plötzlich vor gut 1,5 Monaten, dass Handwerker vorbei kommen und die neue Küche einbauen. Nun standen die Handwerker eines vereinbarten morgens vor unserer Tür und es war keine Küche vorhanden. Wie können solche Misskommunikationen mit ihren Vertragspartnern sein?! Das ist definitiv der schlechteste \Service\, den ich jemals erlebt habe.
