Unfreundliche Beratung. Habe dort schon zum zweiten Mal mein Anliegen vorgetragen, welches nach einer Woche immer noch nicht erledigt war. Habe jetzt persönlich mit Vodafone Kontakt aufgenommen und es wurde mir geholfen, schade um die Zeit dort.

Hallo Also ich bin von Vodafone maßlos enttäuscht.oktober 2018 in diesen Shop einen Vertrag abgeschlossen,d.h.mein Partner für mich einen Vertrag abgeschlossen,indem es hieß das 3 Monate alles frei ist,aber jeden Monat weiterhin Rechnungen von Vodafone. Dieser Laden uns ganz falsch aufgeklärt. Nie mehr Vodafone.von wegen 3 Monate basisbefreihung laut diesen Vodafone Shop stendal.vertrag bei Vodafone nie mehr.
