Beautifully located above the picturesque town of Staufen with great views on the castle, this Strauße is a great place to spend some family time. Surrounded by vineyards you can enjoy delicious food with tasty wines all served by friendly staff. Prices are fair and quality of food good. It does have a playground and is kid friendly. Recommended!

In comparison to the nearest restaurants the prices are very attractive and the meals are amazingly tasty and big. Very kind service creates great atmosphere it seems that all guests know each other - it made me think thats it is like within a family. It is highly recommended to come by when it's sunny day, views are worth it. I took a room on the first floor with stunning view on the mountains and large vineyard which I will keep in memory forever. I will surely repeat the visit before my holiday ends!
