Went for dinner, sat outside as they were booked up inside. This was 4.30pm on a Sunday! They obviously get busy!! Service was good, looked a little understaffed. Food was nice, I had the beef burger with Camembert and herbs, my wife the burger with mushrooms, onions and cheese (cheese she added extra). Plus a large portion of sweet potato fries. All good, filled us up. Is quite expensive, not sure if the whole chain had a price increase in the last 2 weeks, the burgers here are more than in Nuremberg.

Fantastic burger place! The food was delicious...the drinks were good and the service was quick and very friendly. They spoke good English too and were happy to cater to our customisation needs in our food. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great burger experience.. They had a very good variety of vegan, vegetarian, chicken and beef burgers.

This was the first place I tried Hans I’m Gluck burgers and I have to say this place is honestly the best fast food restaurant chain I’ve ever tried... the buns are simply very soft and fluffy...The patties are good.. I honestly love their sauces and their staff is very kind... Service is very fast... Try the wilder west burger with the brown sauce...

Great location of the popular burger chain featuring the iconic interior of their stores with the birch trees. There's a large patio outside with ample seating making it perfect for the summer. Staff were extremely friendly and could also speak English. You can also pay by credit card here!
