This place is very unpersonal as guests are sitting in a hall (old car selling place). The buffet looked good. My friend and me ordered the Hanisch Breakfast. I asked for a breadroll withseads instead of the normal one and marmalade instead of ham, cheese and other meat options. The first plate which they brang had a normal breadroll with margarine and the same jam twice. I asked for the breadroll with seeds again. Then I got a breadroll with seeds with marmalade on top that looked like they had taken it down from the breadroll before and just threw it on the new one. My friend who ordered the normal dish with ham and cheese had decorations with salad and tomatoes on it whereas mine looked just disgusting. The same was the same... Nobody asked how the breakfast was and after my friend helped me to subscribe what I was complaining about, I was offered a drink only. Cannot recommend to go there again...

Cappuccino is very good but is always cold. The service is unfriendly and so slow. The food is ok. Sometimes the cake tastes like it is days old. It's not a bad place but also not the best. Atmosphere is like in a big train station when full.
