I ordered a special order vehicle while I was in Germany during a 9 month rotation. Then COVID-19 happened. There was a lot of delays at the manufacture level and completely out of their hands. However, the team in Europe and New York did all they could to get me the latest updates. Once delivered, the manufacturer did not send an OEM car cover that was included with the purchase. Once again, they teamed up and got me the part as soon as they could tight to my door. I’m very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend.
