Okay so this year I bought a leather sofa and I wanted to clean and put some kind of protection on it. So I bought some Zep leather cleaner and conditioner and I put it on the sofa as directed and no problem but it didn't shine so I called a company called sonax where I talked to a sonax representative Jason and he said oh you need to get it conditioned with some sonax leather care cream so I asked him if he would send me a bottle 8.5 fluid ounces for 35 which he did a week later I received it and I applied it to the sofa. Then I came back into the room after about an hour and it is now pastel light in color so I called Jason and explain to him what I experienced after applying he told me to send them pictures of the sofa which I did and he said that he would have to send it to Germany so they could examine my sofa.. about two or three weeks later I received a text from Jason stating that he had a long email that he wanted me to receive from Germany. I gave him my email address and he sent me the long email I read it and I was not pleased with what they were saying. I put the Zep leather cleaner and conditioner on my sofa that I had bought from Home Depot for 14 and I did not see any pastel lookin outcome on my sofa until a week later when I received sonax leather care cream then I applied it then it became pastel. I am not happy at all with sonax company. they could have offered me a refund at least but no they wanted to say that I had people sitting on my sofa that let out fat from their bodies that rubbed it into the leather and when I cleaned it with leather conditioner it took all the fat away and made it dry. Okay if that's the case then why did Jason sell me his leather care cream for 35 plus shipping another eight or nine dollars I'm not pleased I would not recommend sonax and as far as I'm concerned they owe me a refund not happy at all....

Die Produkte sind fast alle in Ordnung, jedoch ist der Kundenservice meiner Meinung nach nicht der schnellste. Ich habe eine einfache Frage gestellt und musste fast zwei Wochen warten, bis die Antwort kam. Ein weitereren Stern muss ich für das Autoshampoo abziehen, welches eine 2 in 1 Funktion besitzen soll und eine Autowäsche ohne abledern möglich machen soll. Es hat bei mir mit Letzteres absolut nicht funktioniert. Auf dem dunklen Autolack hatte ich danach einen Schmierfilm drauf. Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet.

Ich habe bei Sonax per Mail reklamiert, dass ein Produkt nach nur zweimaligem Benutzen den Geist aufgegeben hat, woraufhin ich sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten habe. Sonax hat mir daraufhin Ersatz zukommen lassen. So ein vorbildlicher Kundenservice ist heutzutage leider nur noch selten zu finden! Die Produkte selbst sind qualitativ hochwertig und preislich sehr gut im Rahmen. Daumen hoch!
Ich liebe dieses Produkt (Spezial-Konservieru gs-Wachs)....Bester Winterschutz für alles was am Fahrzeug unten ist...wie z.b. Dreieckslenker...Achsen usw.
