“The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and modern. Beautiful spacious studio flat. Comfortable bed and pillows.The location was great - so close to the bus-station as well a few minutes to walk to the shopping street. Overall, I really liked staying in this flat and would highly recommend it particularly for the quiet place.”

My wife and I recently rented an apartment from Solwo. Their communication was poor at best. We were hardly contacted before we moved in. We had a couch with a fold out bed to sleep on, which was fine by us, however, a few weeks before we moved out the couch was changed out for a single bed without explanation. When we moved they asked if we had enjoyed the new bed; after my wife told them that a single bed is not very enjoyable for two people, the company representative appeared offended. My wife gave her banking information to the representative for the return of our deposit, and she was told that she would be emailed in case of any problems. After a month, we have not got our deposit back nor has my wife been contacted, despite my attempts to communicate with Solwo. I would not recommend renting from this company without prearranged legal counsel.
