Very bad service. I went to practice and after waiting one hour they told me they have no appointment for next two months. When I tried to contact after two months no one picked up the phone. They told me when I visited the practice that they will contact me after two months but still I am waiting for the call. I don't know what to do...

Ich bin mit der Praxis Bruske-Klein sehr zufrieden und war schon mit meinen beiden Kindern mehrfach dort in Behandlung. Wir haben uns immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und schätzen die Kompetenz der Therapeuten sehr.
Ein Wort Katastrofe! 10 stunde gekriegt und nichts gemacht. Ganze stunde auf dem Laptop gespielt und sagte dass Kind zu hause lernen muss. Geld genommen fuer Nichts!
