Excellent feedback from this web store (the only service that i used to). Without any problems, e bought an article and all the processes have too much confidence. Fantastic availability from the customer care consultante, everytime ready to receive customer from the different channels. The description of the articles can be confused, the best way to buy is firstly ask the help desk if the product have the purpose for what you want.

I've used SIP three times. My poor experience has been with both SIP and their carier UPS. Be prepared for orders to have very long delays in transit and at borders and you will pick up a nasty VAT bill prior to delivery. UPS tracking is ridiculously poor and inaccurate. I've recently had to return an item which I believe to be faulty, it's Been nearly 3 weeks and SIP have been quite poor in this regard. Not only has the item not arrived back at SIP but the company are reluctant to replace the item until it has been examined. So Its anyone's guess when I will eventually get a replacement. Website and packaging are fantastic. But it now seems less viable to use a company within the EU. Your looking at at least 10 working days from placing order to attempted delivery.

I rarely feel inclined to leave a review but the whole order process is infuriating to say the least and has prompted me to do so. I ordered a seat on back order a month ago. I was notified that the seat had came in stock and then I paid for the seat but it never got dispatched - the money was returned to my account. This then happened a second time, exactly the same as before. The seat is now shown in stock so I ordered it (6 days ago!) for a third time and it is still yet to be dispatched. I paid for express picking (SIP Express) in the hope that the item would be dispatched quicker but that hasn’t made any difference. There is no way ordering an item should be this difficult. I have no confidence at all that this order will even be dispatched. Three attempted orders and 1 month later and I am still yet get the seat. Additionally, you try and call customer service and you’re on hold for 90 minutes which is absurd. After waiting so long on two occasions I gave up. Replies on social media take 2-3 days and the help you get is very minimal. I’d personally avoid using this company at all costs.
