Ordered 250 kg of bar and weights. Arrived a week early and all in good shape. They forgot to include the collars and those were shipped out the day after I emailed to ask. So, great experience with the company, products, and customer service. I would highly recommend.

Dear future customers , I highly recommend you NOT to order from this website. I ve been Waiting ages for package that never arrived. I can understand the special circumstances of covid-19. But the support doesn't want to help to find out why im not delivered and ask me simply to find by myself the solution. Now I just feel scammed cause I payed more than 600 euros not including 80 euros of chipping for a package that I never received. A really sad customer.

I can only give them 3 stars. I bought a Barbell and some weight. The barbell is decent quality for the price and I haven't any complaints. The weight is where things go down hill a bit specifically with the OPH 20kg plates. On the website it says the plates are 440mm diameter, this is incorrect, they are actually 404mm diameter. When I spoke to customer service via email before buying, Frau Werenicz was informed that I wanted these plates because 440mm diameter was pretty close to Olympic standard and therefore making deadlift etc possible without having to build a platform to raise the starting bar height. When the plates were delivered I noticed their small diameter and added to that inconvenience, one of the plates was badly made and wouldn't fit on the 50mm barbell. I contacted Frau Werenicz and the defective plate was quickly replaced , Frau Werenicz also said that the description on the website would be changed. Unfortunately this did not happen. I wrote a review for both the barbell and the OPH 20kg plates on the simple products site. The barbell review was 5 stars and no complaints, the OPH review was 4 stars with a general positive review but with a note that the description was incorrect. They deleted the OPH review and haven't changed the incorrect description. This is, in my opinion, deliberate deception. So here I give them 3 stars; 1 star for price, 1 star for free delivery, 1 star for speed of delivery and replacement. Minus 1 star for the incorrect description and minus 1 star for integrity. I would have rathered not have had to write this review but I was left little choice.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nahezu unschlagbar. Und für den Kundenservice muss ich wirklich mal eine Lanze brechen: Trotz der aktuellen Auslastung wurde mir bei einem nicht wirklich leicht zu lösenden Problem mit meinem Latzug absolut unkompliziert und schnell geholfen. Hier wird man als Kunde auch nach dem Kauf noch richtig unterstützt. Man möchte hier nicht nur verkaufen, sondern wirklich zufriedene Kunden. Vielen Dank Herr Fu. und Frau We. für den Support!!!

Durch den Lockdown wurde mir klar, dass Ich mich woanders umsehen muss, um immer fit zu bleiben und das Gym nicht mehr immer zur Verfügung steht. Daher habe ich mir einige Geräte hier gekauft. Der Versand war gut und der Kundenservice auch. Danke!
