I loved these guys. I literally even wrote it to them in my last order \love you guys\. When the postage arrived home, it was always a happy day, and they delivered quick, accurately, and with great quality of wines to choose from. The next to last shipment though I must have missed something. Not strong in German, I probably thought that \bank payment\ was a direct SEPA (I'm too busy for paying things separately via bank transfer). Then I received a few emails from them, with the usual German approach of \open this attachment\, as if one couldn't write what they wanted straight in the email. My German being terrible, I always thought it was some confirmation of payment, or some receipts, and ignored. Then, today, I discovered Silke's passed my details to a collection agency. There is plenty in this story I did wrong, and I learned my lesson. But when you're passing your international customer's detail to a collection agency, without trying to give them a call, or to talk to them in a language they understand , you know you're not going to get much goodwill from those customers. Long story short, I just settled my debt now because I pay my bills (more than twice the cost of the wine, with the agency's fees). And this wine lover is probably going to look for another wine provider.

I and my mother in law we have ordered a few times from this website and the delivery was very fast and the prices of the wines are very reasonable however they can not deliver anymore to Belgium. :( Such a pity. Had to search for another alternative however I miss ordering from Silkes Weinkeller. :( I hope one day they will be able to ship to Belgium again.

Hier meine E-Mail die ich vor 10 Tagen an Silkes Weinkeller geschickt habe, weitere Kommentare ist das Ganze nicht wert: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, diese Flasche Wein wurde vor über zwei Monaten für einen Geburtstag bestellt!!! Eine derartig lausige Performance habe ich noch nie von einem Versender (gleich welches Produkt) erlebt. Warum haben wir nicht gerügt: Weil der Beschenkte sich für eine andere Flasche bedankt hatte und wir dadurch glaubten unsere Bestellung wäre ausgeführt worden! Eine Information bzw. Entschuldigung von Ihrer Seite wäre das Mindeste gewesen. Fazit: Nie wieder Silkes Weinkeller, pfui für dieses ignorante Verhalten Kunden gegenüber. Freuen Sie sich in zukünftig über kräftige Negativ-Werbung.
Habe dort eine 450 Euro Beschäftigung bekommen! Das Unternehmen gehört zum Burda Verlag und es ist ein angenehmes Betriebsklima vorhanden! Ansonsten ist die Weinhandlung zur Zeit nur Online zu nutzen möglich! Angebote sind sehr vielfältig und von der Qualität zu empfehlen! Die Weine und Sekt und Champagner sind aus der ganzen EU und Weltweit beziehbar!
Habe eine Woche nach Bestellung von Champagner auf Rechnung eine Mitteilung bekommen, dass nicht mehr ohne Vorkasse ausgeliefert wird. Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Nach Bezahlung und einer weiteren Woche hatte ich meine 3 Fläschchen. Inhalt noch nicht probiert. Selten so lange auf ne Lieferung gewartet.
