The hotel is a 5-star for location to the airport. Perfectly clean and good rooms. But at the end of the day, the hotel feels they just built rooms on a floor of the parking garage. My room did open to an inner courtyard, but it still felt claustrophobic. Decent menu diversity for the restaurant.

Always enjoyed staying here and I like the gym and bar area. Also great for early morning flights as you can just walk across to the terminal in moments.

A comfortable night's stay at the Sheraton Düsseldorf Airport hotel. Walking distance to the airport. And it is surprisingly quiet in the rooms. You get everything in the room you expect of a Sheraton - bathroom, bedroom slippers, Nespresso coffee, complimentary bottle of water, shower and bathtub and in room safe.

Nice hotel at Düsseldorf Airport. The location is very convenient for trade fair visitors, the shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly. The only negative thing is that we had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom and one night there was no hot water at all. This is a no go for a hotel of this price range.

No facilities due to covid and minimal food choices. Apparently closed next week even though I have a confirmed reservation!! Also want to charge for breakfast even though I have a room rate that clearly includes it
