If you are looking to experience indian food please avoid this restaurant ... I genuinely didn't realise it was possible to fail at cooking a papadum but I have now witnessed such a thing. In a city filled with fantastic flat breads I would recommend not ordering the naan bread here as it may bring tears to your eyes. The curry's were not worth tasting ... Which given the quality of the ingredients is truly amazing cooking. I hope never to have that skill.
Horrible food. We ordered 12 dishes. Everything tasted the same. Bland and cold. Horrible service. The people sitting outside all had to walk in to ask could they order. Then they were barked at that someone would come now. It was terrible. I was excited. I just moved here and was on the lookout for a good Indian restaurant. I will never ever ever go there again. So bad.
We tried the Shaan for the first time last night and the cuisine was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated with new menu card and new food items .Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back. Great food and service, would highly recommend.Everything perfect. Such friendly staff
