Extremely good customer service. I bought a Casio E-piano on their website, and it was delivered on the next day! I could always reach them easily and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. what can i say? i could live in this place. they have a lot of the best instruments, you can just pick any instrument and try it out. you can even pick any guitar you like, pedals, and the stuff set everything up for you in a room, so you can play it with amazing Valve Amps. the staff is amazing, really kind people and the customer service is extremely good. i would recommend anyone to go and visit session. you wouldn't want to leave that building.
Great shop for guitars, basses, amps, drums, keys, brass... but, no classical bowed instruments.
