This branch location in itself is great. Good customer service and people. But the bank in itself is not so great. I’ve had troubles from the start of using the bank. First, my automatic payments would get denied (NFCU » ServiceCU). After a couple months of trying over and over again of getting automatic payments started, I was forced into setting up an allotment, due to the bank denying me access to online services to manually pay forward. Upon redeployment, after noticing a charge being made from my main bank, they finally allowed me access to MY online bank account after I noticed a transaction to ServiceCU, through my main bank account. Turns out I was being charged 300 twice every month for 3 months. Great people though.

A better choice than Community because that is Bank of America run. Great customer service.
Without a doubt, the best financial decision that I ever made was to close my other bank accounts and go to SCU. They never cease to amaze me with their customer service, quick response and a variety of products to meet my needs. I have yet to find a reason to go anywhere else.
