Sorry , aber das geht gar nicht ! Das Produkt Darmspülpulver Bernburg ist eher als Brechmittel als für Darmspülung verwendbar ! 4 Liter in 4 Stunden von der Lösung trinken, dann stehe im im Guinessbuch der Rekorde. Es gibt von anderen Herstellern deutlich bessere Präperate wo zwei Gläser mit jeweils 250 ml getrunken werden muss ! Prüft das vorher oder fragt am besten den Hausarzt !
