The staff was very friendly but like the other reviews say: its very small and gets crowded easily. Especially in these times, thats not pleasant. I did also notice that not all products were available on the shelfs.

I went to the shop and had a big disappointment from staff that i never had any other stores from Sephora. I wanted to buy the Soy face cleanser that i normally use. And i wanted to have a sample from Kale cleanser cuz they have no samples size. And the staff said it is not possible and they don’t give the sample cuz it is forbidden. So i end up buying nothing from this store.

The sephora is small, hence doesn't include all the brands. Hoping to have a bigger Sephora in Hamburg soon.

Ein schöner kleiner Sephora Laden, der jetzt jedoch leider dauerhaft geschlossen bleibt, da er zu Galeria Kaufhof gehört, welcher die Filiale schließt. Wäre schön wenn ein anderer Sephora in Hamburg aufmachen würde!

Ich war echt total erfreut über meinen Besuch bei Sephora und echt kauf freudig unterwegs, aber leider ist die Ecke so klein.. und so verdammt überlaufen. Mal abgesehen davon, dass alles unordentlich, abgegrabbelt und ausverkauft war. Vieles war auch einfach nicht im Sortiment. Online kaufen ist wirklich angenehmer. :D

Die Ecke war leider viel kleiner als gedacht, außerdem waren nur ein paar Marken in richtigen Aufstellern verfügbar (Fenty Beauty, Huda Beauty, Nudestix und zu viel der Eigenmarke Sephora Collection), außerdem gab es noch zwei Regale mit "Grabbeltisch-Atmosphäre", wo zwar auch das ein oder andere tolle Produkt rumlag, jedoch war die kleine Ecke derart überfüllt, die meisten Produkte verschmiert und der Gesamteindruck dreckig, sodass ich leider enttäuscht die Ecke verlassen habe. Sehr sehr schade.
