I have visited this gallery for years on several trips to Germany. I have both bought from Joschua, the owner, and sold or consigned to him pieces from my own collection. I first did business with him over the internet. Though his collection is small, it is always changing, and his pieces are of high quality. His prices are fair, less expensive by far than other dealers. I have always found him to be honest and extremely knowledgeable about the art he sells. I suggest that you call before making a trip, because he is often out visiting clients, seeking new items for the gallery, or evaluating collections for clients looking to sell their collections or place items at auction. His gallery has recently become associated with one of the leading auction houses for 20th century decorative arts in Germany. If you don’t see something on his website, ask him. Items are often not online.
