I needed my schufa urgently and I just never received it. After a lot of times they asked me to pay them 36 euro. Otherwise that would have contacted me with a lawyer. I never received my schufa and gave them 36 euro for free. A suggestion don’t ask their help, I wanted answers but it’s impossible to reach them!
