Fern bleiben! Total inkompetentes und unfreundliches Personal! Haben ein falsches biometrisches Passfoto gemacht, welches von der Software im Bürgerbüro nicht anerkannt wurde. Bin mit meiner Rückmeldung dazu leider auf eine sehr aggressive und verständnislose Reaktion gestoßen. 12 verschenkt. Kulanz oder Verständnis darf hier nicht erwartet werden... Stay away! Totally incompetent and unfriendly staff! They took a wrong biometrical ID picture, which couldn't be identified by the software of the citizens advice bureau. To my consultation regarding this, I had to approach a very aggressive and unsympathetic reaction. Wasted 12. Better don't expect goodwill or understanding in this shop...

Der Laden ist geschlossen, die Besitzerin war eh sehr unsympathisch - closed, Nachtrag wollen sie etwa behaupten der Laden an der Hauptstraße ist nicht geschlossen. ?????
