Over 1000 order. Here it is 31.12 and I only recieved a partial delivery. Only about 200 of the total goods ordered has come. There no possibility to track the parcels. The delivery company provided a cell number, but the phone is turned.off. In the end the problem is with the delivery company, but perhaps Pyroland should rethink their partner for delivery services. Truly unbelievably poor service, especially considering the amount of the order....

Man kann nur Pyroland empfehlen, wenn man Online Feuerwerkskörper einkaufen möchte. Die Mitarbeiter geben auch in schwierigen Zeiten und Situationen Ihr bestes. Super Produkte und guter Service stehen bei Pyroland an erster Stelle. Ich bestelle dort jedes Jahr und bin immer vollsten zufrieden. Großes Lob an euch. Macht nur weiter so.
