Sent a faulty Chromecast audio that wasn't working and clearly wasn't tested. Described as manufacturer refurbished which it clearly wasn't because if it was it would have worked. I contacted Google and sent them there reply telling me that it was faulty after trying every step Google provided me to get it working. Returned item on 3rd Dec a Month later still waiting for a refund. The return post (label they have sent me) has been lost since 14th December with no update on tracking and they keep fobbing me off and won't give me a refund, keep saying wait another week. The item they sent me is only fit for the bin and still won't give me a refund until they receive it even though it is clearly lost in transit. Shocking service they should just refund me. I will have to contact my bank and register a fraudulent seller/payment claim if I don't get a refund within The next week. Because that's what Satking are. AVOID

Seller offfers refurb / and itens that were taken apart from sets as new / original itens ..:got a blue mo fi headphone that i noticed that was part of the injas in pijamas\ set and not a mention about that...wanted to send it back forma refund but seller wanted me to pay shipping...very bad, beware

Habe ein Multi Schalter gekauft November 2020 gekauft . Im Januar war die Baustelle komplett fertig . Wollten den Multi Schalter in Betrieb nehmen . Leider geht nichts ,habe mich mit Satking in Verbindung gesetzt . War auch erst viel versprechend dachte guter Service . Habe den defekten Multi Schalter eingeschickt und nach 3-4 habe ich es defekt zurück bekommen . Mit dem Argument es ist ok . Also nochmal irgend was bei sat King kaufen kommt nicht in frage . Alles was die verkaufen ist billige China Ware . Finger weg
