The woman working in reception is the most mean person you can encounter. Her behavior was racist and disrespectful. Being in excruciating pain I asked if there was anyone who spoke English and she started literally yelling at me telling me why I dont speak German. When I told her I am here only since 2 months ago she kept screaming that nobody there spoke English and then she threw a paper written in german of other doctors in the city. What an unacceptable behavior especially in a hospital where people go because they are sick. Im thinking of reporting her.

Die Notaufnahme ist das allerletzte... Man wartet 4 Stunden, bekommt keinerlei Auskunft zur Situation des Lebenspartners, außer das sie noch nicht untersucht wurde. Grund zum Besuch in der Notaufnahme: drücken und Stechen in der Brust... Herzinfarkt würde ich als Laie nicht ausschließen.... und dann 4 Stunden warten lassen. Das ist echt das letzte!!! Und unfreundlich noch dazu. 12.09.2020 seit 12:00 hier. In der Zeit fährt ein junger Mann vor mit seiner Frau die sich nicht bewegen kann und ihm wird die Notaufnahme verwehrt... Steht direkt vor der Tür und er soll einen Krankenwagen holen... Sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt !
