Erst nachdem ich mich aus dem kkh beschwert hatte wurde der Toilettensitz geliefert. Ausserdem fehlte mir die Freundlichkeit ihrer Mitarbeiterin. Sie legte das gelieferte ab und war auch schon wieder weg ohne Erklärung der Hilfsmittel.
