Absolutely amazing service and products! Been searching for a roll-top backpack for months, and I've been in this store many times to tryout different models - and leaving without buying. The staff has always been super helpful, friendly and professional and let me take me time to think about what bag I wanted. And even when I found my dream bag cheaper online, I bought it from the store to support it and it's staff! Thanks for a great experience.

I recently bought a backpack in the store in Berlin. The salesperson pushed me to buy it because as she argued it was the very very last one of only 75 backpacks that were made as a special edition. I really liked it and bought it. Two weeks later I came back to the shop and there was the same backpack in the store. When I checked there were some available online as well. If you buy something of that quality and that price, I expect honesty from the stuff and confidence in the product. If you have to lie to clients just to sell stuff then that's a real turnoff and no matter how beautiful the backpack - for me it was the last time buying something at Sandqvist.

hatte mir einen rucksack online bestellt für ca. 160 - auf den bildern top - bin aber ziemlich enttäuscht von der qualität - ich habe nicht den eindruck der rucksack wird bei tägl benutzung lange halten - würde max. 50 dafür ausgeben
