Appalling service. I ordered Aircraft Spruce components, some of which were in stock, some of which needed to be re-stocked. Over 1 month later I got a bill for an extra 197.65 Euro as their prices had gone up! When I complained, they cancelled my order. Awful to deal with, it was like talking to a brick wall. Avoid at all costs - buy from Aircraft Spruce in the US instead as I will from now on.

Ordered 3 wheels (at nearly twice the U.S. price) which were due to arrive in 9 working days. The first 2 arrived after 3 weeks and the 3rd wheel is yet to arrive 6 weeks later. Communication has been poor at best. No proper explanation or offer of compensation. Aircraft has been grounded due to this. Unorganised company with poor customer service.

I am about to start a court case with them as they are ignoring all my calls and emails. I have ordered few items - everything was indicated as available immediately - the same day shipment. Nothing is being processed for almost 2 weeks! They collected my money immediately of course! I cannot wait more for my orders! BEWARE OF SANDELVING and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!! YOU WILL BE CHEATED.

I had to communicate with the company several times back-and-forth, due to some mistakes that they did in order. They were very polite, quick and cooperative in that communication. Everything was resolved in positive manner. I plan to work with them again.
