Expensive and inaccurate 1) I was there 3 times in the last 3 years. No one came with me to my car to understand and identify the issues I was complaining, never. As a conseguence, the issues were not solved and I had to come back for a second check. 2) And this is what happens last time... Take a look at the pictures. They show worn pads and rotors. I was at the dealer for a regular Service and I took the chance to ask Auto-Jacob to check the brakes, because I was having a very annoying squeal noise. They haven't detect any noise and they told that the pads and the rotors are still good! This means that I can drive for additional 15000 km, to the next service... Not happy, I went to another Opel dealer. The pads are worn and need to be changed!! 3) In addition I think its quite expensive.

Nice staff, some speak English and can help when you want to lease or just need your TÜV. Quick service too, they can always make an urgent appointment.

Deal all reviewer, I have marked 1 star, I had to do so to write an review, but this star is also too much. I have read all your Reviews, someone people have rate it with 5 stars, but this is because you bought a car and to be honest has nothing to do with technical knowledge, unless you ask for some technical depths! I was there to buy a Mokka-x, but even a small technical question regarding the reserve wheel was wrong ansered. For the technical side, I have really my doubts! Even when your vehicle is in warranty, they will make diagnostics and will charge Opel company for diagnostic times and will get the money from them. So someone has wrote that even bringing your car for a noise problem from the engine, they will not have a look to it, and say: this is normal. But this behaviour is not how do they handle with the customer. Even my wife brought the car once regarding squeak noise from the front wiper washer, you know what the technician told my wife? Are you really here only for this complaint! So this mean with other words, we have better to do and leave. I was last week there regarding my radio, the server advisor did not even heard my complaint seriously and even my wife tried to inform also about the black screen of the radio, and guess what the dive was? I have received a few pages to fill in, and bring it with me next time with me by making the aaapointment. I went to the appointment desk, the lady ask me to choose one day next week early in the morning, they need the car for 1 hour for diagnostic. So if they fix the car, is the first question. And off course Opel has to pay that hour for diagnostic. I hope this is clear for everyone. So service is zero, advice is zero and technical side also zero. All starts with a good filling, and that was not in my case. I would advice everyone to bring your vehicle always to a small dealer, they make always time and have much better service than big dealers.
