I didn't visit the store in person, but I bought online. Today I got my order, and inside the package I got a hand written note thanking me for my purchase, and also a card with a very cute drawing, also made by hand. This really made my day and reminded me how passionate and thoughtful some people can be, and I'm so proud of supporting business such as these. I'll definitely buy there again and I'm even considering traveling to the city and visiting the store in person when conditions allow. :)

Mega Service, schneller Versand & eine tolle persönliche Nachricht im Paket. Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung!! Da auf der Website angegeben war, dass der Bestand knapp ist & im Warenkorb die Info kam, dass die gewünschte Menge nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Habe ich via WhatsApp nachgefragt & bekam schnell eine Antwort. Mir wurde direkt weitergeholfen! Bevor man sich über Technik ärgert einfach fragen. Besser geht es nicht!!! Ich habe online bestellt. Die Ware kam genau wie beschrieben und das super schnell! Umweltfreundlich und nachhaltig in einer Verpackung die mehrfach verwendet wird.
