Frankfurt Covid-Tescenter, 6 houres waiting time X. At charge over 50. This company can't handle the testing!

Utterly pathetic. Timelines not kept, phone \support\ answers after 30 minute wait queue. No results 32 hours after the test. Even took 12 hrs to get the test to the lab. If the Corona test was that important in Germany, they should involve a different company that actually delivers what they sell and promise.

Don't trust their advertisement lies!! Nothing will be delivered within the advertised time. Expect to self-quarantine for at least 3 days and absolutely don't waste your time trying to call them. Their support is clueless and the whole company is utterly disorganized and useless. The German government for sure picked the cheapest option when it comes to who will conduct the tests. A complete joke, considering how much everybody is whining how important these tests are...

1) Waiting 30 minutes. 2) On the web page there is an option to pay with Maestro (German EC card), but there is a form from credit card (asking CVC and different length of the card number). Support center is telling me that Maestro is actually credit card, and than EC is also credit card. One look on Wikipedia --\u003e Maestro (debit card), but no, no help there. Edit: guys on the Hamburg airport were really nice, so thanks to them raising review to 3 stars.
