Absolutely outstanding service!! I had a very bad accident and the support I received from these guys was amazing. All the communication was available in both English & German, which was fantastic. They were extremely fast in responding, very flexible with everything and it has aided my recovery so much. Thank you all for doing an amazing job, you guys are the best!!!

Great service! Although there was a problem with the wheelchair they first delivered, they exchanged it (delivered a new one right at our flat) immediately for free once we let them know via email. Also we initially booked a pickup service but we needed to bring the wheelchair back a day earlier than scheduled. Not only was it possible, but also they deducted the price for pickup & one extra day off the invoice. I recommend it to everyone!

Der Hilfsmittelverleih befindet sich durch das Eingangsgebäude geradeaus hindurch im Hof, der Markierung auf dem Boden in das rechte Gebäude folgen, dort im Hochparterre linker Gang, dann auf der rechten Seite. Beschilderung könnte noch etwas besser sein. Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Die von mir ausgeliehenen Gehhilfen waren stabil und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Öffnungszeiten Mo,Mi,Fr 9-12 und Di,Do 14-17.
