Friendly and helpful. My son damaged his knee a couple of days before going to Berlin for sightseeing. When in Berlin we called Rolli King and had a wheelchair delivered at our hotel within 1 hour. Would highly recommend.

Had accident two days before my departure to Berlin. Unfortunately my first option for wheelchair, The Red Cross wasn't able to provide a wheelchair so I contacted Rolli king. The staff gave me extremely good service, answered request fast and did everything to make my experience in Berlin as good is they could. He also gave me useful advices since I wasn't used to use wheelchair. I'm not used too look backwards and thing \what if?\ but the staff of Rolli king changed my trip to Berlin from upcoming horror to amazing trip. P.s. the condition of the wheelchairs was highly over my expectations, only if airports would have so good wheelchairs.

When I urgently needed to rent a wheelchair in Berlin, Germany, Rolli King was quick, professional and efficient. They delivered the wheelchair to my hotel within an hour of my phone call, even before I got back from the emergency room! They did not request payment or even a credit card until the next day. They picked up the wheelchair from the hotel as requested several days later.
