The Man is really polite and precise, he checks the car and shows you the small scratches before letting it there. The place is clean and sure, it is just his backyard. Our flight was 1.5 hours late and the woman who was waiting for us was really gentle (She gave also water :) ). The important, in my opinion is to inform them about the delay and don't let them wait for hours on the fee parking. PS. I really don't believe on the previous negative feedback!

STAY AWAY! I asked for a reservation and they NEVER answered. The site is supposed to be available also in english and in french, but the person who answered on the phone was totally rude and was not speaking english! So how can I communicate with them? They ignore my 66 euros just because I don't speak their language.German racism...

I've made a reservation 10 days ago. As I'm spanish and I can' speak German I've asked a german friend of mine to call to get some additional information. The person who answered was absolutely unpolite and he refused to give further information (for instance the price of the van service to and from the airport). He told us to go to the website and that's all. He threatened us with cancelling the reservation.... By the way, he has absolutely the right to work only with German speaking people, so there is no use to have a website in different languages if you can only speak with them in german. Finally, while I was writing a mail to cancel my reservation, I've received their cancellation....so goog luck! (but not with my money).
Very bad service. I don't speak much German, much less \we have a reservation and we will be there 10 minutes\. He finally answered the mobile number and told me to speak Deutch in Germany, we are not in England. We asked him to cancel our reservation and we found other parking.
