not very hygienic place. Watch the chef using his cloth to \clean\ everything, including the food contact areas..... What hygienic standards do the other reviewers have, if they watch the chef cooking and give a high rating??

They opened again! The best dumplings in Karlsruhe! Other dishes are OK, but the dumplings are superb. Also, the prices are very accesible.
