I used ReiseBank whilst travelling from London. The location is incredibly convenient - being located in the train station. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend to those travelling and requiring currency exchange at attractive rates.

I'm only rating the currency exchange service. I couldn't find any alternatives so I ended up going there, it's conveniently located and the staff was nice and spoke English but the rates are really bad, probably one of the worst I've used in my travels. The hidden fees are 5x higher than in my hometown exchange point and there is an almost 5 euro transaction fee on top of that. Also their rates are different on their website than at the actual location, of course online they're way more attractive. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you really don't have a choice and you need the money there and now.
Fast and very Professional. They were a lifesaver for us because we had to travel to Germany last minute for a Funeral and didn't bring enough cash. (Not everyone accepts credit here although most do) we could get a quick cash advance on a credit card, no problem. Every other bank declined us because we didn't already have an existing account with them. Highly recommended, Thank you!
Really bad rates 500 USD cost me about 70 Euro's to exchange. Receipt read current rates and they do not charge a Fee. BAD GERMAN BANK AND SAVE YOUR BS REPLY
One of the worst exchanges i have dealt with in my entire live. Their charges are absolutely crazy and actually quiet insulting. i exchanged 12500 czech crowns and got 400 euros for that. Do the math and you will understand my point. Definitely not going back there again. I would go as far as calling them banksters
