Low exchange rates unfortunately:( But nice friendly people working there! Rates for sending money are same like Western Union :)

25.10.19 for 100 zlotys they gave me 16 euros, and this I gave 30 minutes, the turning point was 2 people at 2 cash desk's

I can’t speak for their exchange rate and fees, but was there since the information desk told me they might be able to help with getting a customs stamp since I was leaving the eu by train. They explained to me many options I can use and helped me find a French customs center near the border of Geneva where I will be staying to get the stamp. The two representatives were great and the primary one was really trying to help me find a resolution. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts.

Nice staff but exchange rates are awful. 240 euros for 320 usd, that's absolutely unacceptable. If you have to change usd, there are another places around this area that have better offers. If you come to Munich from U.S. then you should exchange money in your official bank before leaving the country, that's the best deal.
