beside the high rates, extremely unfriendly staff. They had an offer of charging no fees then I asked the worker since when was that offer valid because I have had exchanged the week before and pretty sure the charged me a fee. she pathetically responded \I don't know\ and I kindly said but that is your job to know miss. she just looked at her colleagues and rose her eyebrows and then they all looked at me as if I was asking something strange and they were even laughing at me.. extremely bad experience

Great Canadian exchange rate. Service was not extraordinary, but overall I'm really satisfied.
One of the worst places to exchange currency. Bad exchange rate and an outrageous exchange fee of 3.90 Eur even for very small amounts (20 Eur). The exchange rate and fee are not displayed online anywhere (e.g. on the bank website, as everyone expects), otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time.
Very bad rates....stay away.
Habe hier Geld für meine Urlaubsreise umgetauscht. Es ging alles Reibungslos vonstatten und ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient. Allerdings war der Kurs mit den Gebühren zusammen leider nicht so gut. Um aber schnell und unkompliziert an seine Währung zu kommen finde ich die Anlaufstelle gut.
