Please avoid this company. Recently purchased a media head unit for my car and despite their adverts assurance of an easy installation and compatibility with my car. The unit is NOT compatible with my model of car and NOT an easy installation, requiring extensive alterations to my cars inner dashboard and severe impingement on my cars air vents. Despite this unit not being fit at all for purpose refuses point blank to offer a refund. So avoid like the plague.
Warning, stay away! Customer-unfriendly, dishonest and do not know what they are doing basically. Bought a display with a reverse camera and wireless transmitter. They recommend a reverse camera that is incompatible with the car it's supposed to be installed in. Sends wireless transmitters that do not function. Gives contradictory support - first the power to the reverse camera had to be taken directly from the display, this does not work, then all of a sudden it was absolutely necessary to power the camera from the reverse lights instead. Despite this they refuse to accept a refund.
