Now I understand the bad reviews from other people. I fell in love with the Ford Mondeo that is on sale and the moment I start asking questions about maintenance, this company starts to act weird. Or better said Rafael Bytomski, who does not understand that someone cannot just drive 1000 kilometers back and forth for a simple viewing. I was continuously told by Rafael Bytomski that he would call me back within a few minutes because he had to discuss a few things with his manager regarding the timing belt that should be replaced (was also not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement). In the Netherlands, replacing the belt costs between 500 and 700. Rafael went to discuss it with his manager to see what we could do with the price, see the pictures for what happened then. I had to constantly follow it myself because he doesn't know how to call back. In fact, he deliberately left me on hold because you don't want to answer is very bad for a company. Then you even get it in your head to go home and let a colleague tell me that nothing was possible and that I just have to make a decision. This is how you work, I suddenly understand why people call this company arrogant, apparently they do not see that even 5,000 can be a lot of money for many people, sometimes someone just doesn't have any more!

Bought a Skoda Superb in june 2015, what I have found it was exactly what pictures on the internet showed. No bad surprises at all, they moved quickly with papers. The car is functioning perfect after 1 year. Recommend this company.

erste Eindruck gut, aber da wollen die etwas verkaufen, The salesman ensured me that they had carefully checked the vehicle and all was top, top, top. Only afterwards did I find they had removed the compressor and tyre repair kit. Then during a later service by my local Audi dealer it was discovered that the wiring for the air bag system was so corroded that had there been an accident the airbags would not have functioned, Nord automobiles response, no responsibility, I should have told them before having it repaired ... which would have meant cancelling my holiday ..... they were disinterested that their negligence could have been .....serious, Do not expect any after sales service from these people, they are not to be trusted
