This is the physical shop of www.hedetac.de.Customerservice is non existent with this lot. Do not order anything on their website!!! You will lose your money. Ordered a HERA Arms FSC gen 2 on their site and payed for it on the 15th of May 2020. It took a real long time for them to confirm the order so on the 25th of May 2020 I recalled the order. This is within the legal period of 14 days. Got an automated response that they order was cancelled and my money returned. However, this never happened. At the 31th of May I made an inquiry by email. Got a response on June 9th 2020 that my money was returned. On June 17th the money still wasn't received by me, so I send another inquiry. This one is unanswered. Yet another email send on the 25th of May. At this moment, no reply from Hedetac, no money returned nor an article received. I lost 306 euro to these people. After six emails still no response and no money.
