An \Aldi\ type of bike shop. I visited the place today with the hope to spend some good money on a new bike. What I am looking for requires obviously a custom build or a modification on an existing bike. Fron what I understood from the lady is that they are not willing to make modifications of existing bikes or custom builds and she was not in the mood of talking to me. Bottom line is that this is a village type of a bike dealership which only wants to sell ready configurations and does not want to be bothered to work with customers who need consulting.If you are willing more special and expensive bike don't waste your time visiting this shop.

Small store but has everything related to bikes. Very pleasant experience with staff, they are proactive and helpful in finding the relevant product.
Wow.....never again! The person who came to pick up my bike for the 1st inspection and possible replacement of the handlebar (and related work) refused to take the bike. Why? Because I had not bought it from them!!! This despite my readiness to PAY for the service. If I had bought it in Munich and moved to Frankfurt, I guess I would have to drive it 800km to and from Munich to get it serviced. One rarely encounters such stupidity...And this after the woman who took my order was TOLD I bought the bike elsewhere and she told me I would have to pay a higher price for the regular service. Unbelievable....
Ich habe mein Fahrrad zur Reparatur gebracht, weil die vorherige Werkstatt mein Flyer Upstreet mangelhaft repariert hat. Der Service war sehr gut. Die Probleme sind behoben worden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, obwohl ich durch die schlechten Erfahrungen mit der anderen Werkstatt etwas angesäuert reagiert habe. Entschuldigung dafür.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett mit mir . Riesige auswahl. Gute Beratung, ich habe das perfekt sattel für mich gefunden.
