I am a foreigner and learning German,so I can not speak fluent German right now, so, at first I asked for an English speaking person and their reaction was \uffff\ . And then the person who spoke to me was very impatient and not willing to talk to me in a nicer way. That was still tolerable.They gave me an appointment for the next day and I thanked them for that, and I got a call within 5 minutes saying that appointment was no longer available, and before I could ask the reason,she hung up the phone... . As an Auslander, I feel very humiliated about this behavior because I don't know what to say and how to react and keep myself mum. I just hope they behave friendly with non Germans too because non Germans are also humans!!

perfect location when taking a car, but not as convenient by public transport. got an appointment the same day bc of my private insurance and the staff and doctors were all wonderful, but the waiting periods are quite terrible for all patients. the free WiFi is awesome and there are several waiting areas to avoid crowding, but the areas on the lower floor are very stuffy and without daylight or fresh air. overall impression was very good and I received excellent treatment

OK, again with 1 star, but could be Zero! When I telephoned, and asked (in German) if it was possible to speak in English, the woman simply HUNG UP ON ME! Even though they have English selectable on their website, several of the people there are positively hostile if one nneds to speak English. 1st Review - I made an appointment by telephone, but, when I went there, they had no appointment in the system for me... then, when I phoned back, they would not check to see if they had an appontment for me with my name mis-spelled (as often happens here in Germany), and then asked for different information, to make an appointment, including a blood workup, for an MRI... my German is not great, they did not even attempt any English, or offer to get someone on the phone with more English, and kept on using 'Amtsprache' ...

Morgens angerufen, nachmittags einen Termin zum MRT gehabt. Das Personal war freundlich und der Ablauf wirkte sehr routiniert. Ich hatte steht’s ein gutes Gefühl. Zum Schluss hat der Arzt mir die Aufnahmen erklärt und tatsächlich einen passenden Befund zu meinen Beschwerden gefunden. Auch die mitgegeben Bilder sind deutlich hochauflösender, als das frühere MRT in der Praxis eines Arztes. Hier sind offensichtlich Experten am Werk, die sich mit den Geräten richtig auskennen.
