I train there regularly. It's awesome has plenty of obstacles that you can move around to your hearts desire and the foam pit and air track are an awesome contribution. The price is just right in comparison to other recreational gym around cologne. If you are intending to go there via train be aware that trains in that area can be unreliable.

It shouldn't be only one hour on trampolines,maybe two hours would be fine! Except that,all other things are pretty nice!
