Unfriendly, inflexible and rigid in attitude, do not bother asking for a 'deal' as you will be met with a negative attitude and made to feel unwelcome.The individuals who run this company are not customer orientated, I will not be using them in the future and would certainly not recommend them. Avoid if you can as there are plenty of other stores that are not like this. The response by Promusic tools is simply untrue as I did not ‘demand’ anything, I may have politely requested a discount, as I always do, but their response was not ‘polite’ and they then proceeded to block me on eBay! Hopefully they will not be treating other customers in this way. My review is an honest account of my personal experience of dealing with them. Thank you.
